Herb Roasted Chicken

A white wine marinated ½ chicken roasted with rosemary, garlic, thyme, onion & basil. Our chef tops this with a creamy rosemary sauce accompanied with fresh asparagus spears, julienne carrots and marbled garlic mashed potatoes topped with melted fresh parmesan. Begin this tasty meal with a choice of our dinner salad which includes jicama, cucumbers, carrots, cherry tomatoes & slivered almonds or one of our daily homemade soups. For a perfect finish, you’ll receive a champagne glass filled with Crème Brule and white chocolate mousse.

Macadamia Nut Crusted Halibut

A 6oz halibut filet, crusted in macadamia nuts and sautéed. Served with chili sauce, pineapple mango relish, wild rice and seasonal vegetables.
