Buster’s Beach House and Longboard Bar is a tropical theme restaurant located directly on San Diego Bay in beautiful Seaport Village. Buster’s cuisine spans from favorites such as juicy hamburgers and surfboard-shaped pizzas, to ethnic recipes such as Hawaiian Pork Luau, Wok-Seared Scallops and Jamaican Jerk Chicken. Buster’s recipes are collected from his surf travels to each continent of the world and include spices and marinades such as ginger, jasmine, sesame, soy, citrus, Hawaiian chutney and Hoisin, which create dishes that are unique and strong with distinctive flavor.
